The more I read up on my impending purchase, the more excited I am. I cannot wait to plunge into taking pictures compulsively again.

Currently listening to The Radio Dept.’s Lesser Matters and Chara’s indie release from 2005, Something Blue - both are such comfortably lo-fi records. I think it takes a lot more skill to write a good, subdued song than a good upbeat one just cos I think it’s incredibly hard to be subtle and nuanced and yet interesting and captivating to not bore listeners at the same time. Chara really has an enchanting voice; I am convinced she is a witch.
