I had every intention to go out and shoot a couple of rolls (I still have so many rolls of 35mm slide left over from my Japan trip) on my Holga today, but when I woke up and looked out, it was fucking cloudy like a marshmellow dream, so I immediately sian jit pua-ed. That, and I still have 5 existing shots on the 120 roll loaded in my Holga. The 120 roll I loaded 1.5 months ago. 5 shots, and nothing inspiring to shoot. Zzz.

I still have the 239813210 Holga prints taken eons ago that I need to scan and post, otherwise it will seem like my Holga never existed.

While we are on the topic of photographs. I just dug up the shots I took during the sec 3 Melbourne trip. For all of you who insist that my hair has been the same all this while - WRONG. I want to burn all that evidence of my sec sch bad hair days. Anyway, it appears that I’ve been taking pictures even from way back in sec school (shameless hor? I know)! Haha, unfortunately, I have also sillily given away the prettier shots from those shoots as presents to friends. One of these days I will get those shots printed again and up them on Facebook to be chronicled for posterity.

And in my digging, I dug up those old Hamasaki Ayumi concert videos that I’d bought in my teenage years (can you believe it, teenage years are now a thing of the past!!!), and I’m being very nostalgic. I am particularly suckered by her performance of girlish in her CDL 2000-2001 (I believe this was the only time she performed that song).

I had dinner with a cute boy today, so that was nice. Also, I’m now talking to this guy who insists on sending me all this music of bands that he likes; the music’s good but I’m really a bit overwhelmed; I don’t like to be pressured into having to listen to all this stuff he’s sending me all at one go. I just want to continue watching my bimbo Ayumi concerts. Hrmf.

Perhaps the most exciting piece of news for today: I am confirmably getting a film SLR! EXCITES MUCH, PLS!
